Raj brings more than twenty five years of technology experience to OnePrime Capital. Prior to co-founding OnePrime Capital, Raj was a director at Intel Capital where he led investments in the mobile infrastructure sector. Immediately prior to joining Intel Capital, Raj was an investment partner at Omidyar Network, an impact investing firm where he was responsible for technology investments in emerging markets. In 2000 Raj co-founded BlueStream Ventures, a $300 million technology venture capital firm, where he was responsible for the firm’s investments in the enterprise software sector.
Prior to starting his investment career, Raj was an equity research analyst covering the enterprise software sector at RBC Capital Markets and Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco. Raj began his technology career as a software developer at Sun Microsystems which was followed by a stint as a senior software architect at Lucid, a venture-back software startup.
Raj holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s in Computer Science from Clemson University, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from BITS Pilani in India.
Sumeet brings a perspective to investing that comes from having been intimately involved with venture capital investing and technology from multiple angles – as an experienced investor, a startup executive and operator, an engineer, a strategy consultant, and an investment banker. Sumeet previously was a director at Intel Capital, co-founder and General Partner of LUMA Capital Partners and partner at Presidio Partners.
Previously, Sumeet was with Goldman Sachs & Co. where he executed on more than $3B in equity and debt financings and M&A transactions for several leading venture and private equity backed companies.
Sumeet has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Cornell University and a MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to co-founding OnePrime Capital, Marc was a vice president at Intel Corporation and a managing director of Intel Capital. At Intel Capital, Marc invested in high growth technology companies across the software, media and computing sectors. Marc served on Intel Capital’s investment committee and managed a portfolio of $500 million in investments in over 20 countries. While at Intel, Marc served as an advisory board member for the National Venture Capital Association’s Corporate Venture Group, and was Intel’s representative on the boards of numerous private technology companies. At Intel, Marc also co-founded the Intel Education Accelerator and led Intel’s investment in the Turner-Agassi Charter School Fund.
Before joining Intel, Marc was an associate at International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, where he made private equity investments in emerging markets in the infrastructure and telecommunications sectors.
Marc earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and also attended the ICADE School of Business in Madrid, Spain.
John is a Principal with OnePrime Capital, joining the team in November 2022. As a key member of the investment team, John is involved in all investment activities of the firm including sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
Previously, John was with Qatalyst Partners in San Francisco where he executed on more than $30B in M&A transactions for several leading technology companies including Citrix Systems, Pluralsight and Clarabridge. Prior to this he served in corporate strategy and development roles with Rogers Communications Inc., Canada’s leading telecommunications firm.
John has a BCom in Finance & Economics from the University of Toronto, an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
David is a Venture Partner with OnePrime Capital and the CFO of Esper.io. As Venture Partner, David helps identify new investments and provides strategic and operational advice to the OnePrime Capital portfolio companies.
David is a three-time startup CFO and has led high-growth startups in increasing their revenue from single-digit millions to over one hundred million. David is currently the CFO of Esper.io, the leader in DevOps for dedicated devices and has raised over $100M in venture capital. David was previously the CFO of DigniFi, a SaaS platform for automotive financing, and Xevo, a connected-car IoT platform which was sold to Lear Corporation for $320M.
Prior to his CFO career, David worked in venture capital at Vulcan Capital and investment banking at Evercore Partners. David graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Economics from the Wharton School and Computer Science from Penn Engineering.
Pam joined OnePrime Capital in 2019. Prior to OnePrime Capital, she was the Director of Administration at Tonka Bay Equity Partners, a Trading Operation Specialist at Craig-Hallum Capital Partners, and a controller at BlueStream Ventures. Pam has more than 20 years of fund operations and administrative experience in venture capital and private equity funds.
Prior to starting her venture capital career Pam worked in administration in the corporate finance group of Dain Rauscher Wessels. Pam has a BA in Finance from St Thomas University.
Connie serves as our Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Connie joined OnePrime Capital in 2018. Prior to OnePrime Capital, she was a CFO and CLO at both First Green Partners, and BlueStream Ventures. Connie has spent more than 20 years in CFO and General Counsel roles for venture capital funds. Connie is also a co-founder of Paiement Law Office, LLC.
Prior to starting her venture capital career, Connie and was a partner at Gray Plant Mooty as well as a Personal Financial Services Tax Manager. Connie began her career as an accountant with Coopers and Lybrand (aka PriceWaterhouse Coopers). Connie is a CPA and has a BA in Accounting from St Thomas University and a JD from the University of Minnesota.
