Spencer Bernstein

Spencer joined OnePrime Capital in 2025 and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. With over a decade of experience building and managing strategic relationships in the private markets ecosystem.

At OnePrime, he leads business development and supports the firm’s investment initiatives —cultivating partnerships in the venture capital ecosystem including late-stage technology companies and VC firms.

Previously, Spencer was at Scenic Advisement, where he was responsible for business development and sourcing secondary transactions in high growth technology companies. He began his career at World 50, developing relationships with C suite leaders at Global 2000 enterprises.

Spencer holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Georgia.
